Refund policy

At Thicker Labs, we take pride in offering high-quality products that deliver exceptional results. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for the Natural Hair Building Fibres.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. 

Here's how the return process works:

1. Contact our customer support team at info@thicker.com.au and provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return.

2. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.

3. Carefully package the product, including all its original contents, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Please note the following conditions:

• Products returned without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
• Returns received after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
• We do not accept returns on products that are damaged or show signs of misuse.
